The path of the Entrepreneur requires knowledge, skill, and the perseverance to make a business flourish. Not only will you be given the opportunity to learn about making sound business decisions, but you will be immersed in courses that teach about taking inspirational business ideas all the way to full business operations.

As an entrepreneur, you will seek to start, build, and run your own business. Over the course of daily operations, you will make the business and leadership decisions that make or break a business, and will likely have a wide range of daily responsibilities that can include:

  • Developing a business plan
  • Make marketing decisions
  • Determine your target customer
  • Monitoring sales and making informed decisions
  • Improve products and services
  • Engage with employees as a company leader

In your Entrepreneurial Mindset class, you will evaluate the current economic, political, social, and technological influences of an industry you are interested in. As a part of this analysis, you will Identify at least one business opportunity and one challenge created by these factors that can be leveraged by entrepreneurs to achieve success in this industry.

Your Time and Cost Commitment

Tuition costs are billed quarterly based on the number of quarter hours you are enrolled in for the term. Out of state? Don’t worry – there is no difference in tuition costs for in-state and out-of-state students. And what about books? Your textbook charges are included in your tuition!
