How to access Student Email:
Trying to access your email on your computer?
- To gain access on your computer you will need to download the following app to your smartphone:
- Once you have done that go to:
https://portal.office.com - Follow the prompts that will allow you to access your Office 365 email using the Authenticator app on your phone.
Trying to access your email on your phone?
- If you are trying to login for the first time to your student email on your smartphone, you will need these two apps:
- Once you have both apps, open Outlook on your smartphone and try adding your school email account. It will walk you through the steps to complete this and will automatically add the account to your Authenticator app.

How to access Canvas Online Classroom:
- Search your email for “Instructure” or “Canvas” and look for your Welcome email.
- If you already have your Canvas login information, go to:
https://ameritas.instructure.com/login/canvas - If you do not have login information or a Welcome email and you are currently enrolled in classes, give us a call at 304-697-7550 for help.
How to access your Student Portal / Campus Cafe:
- Go to the following link and use your school Office 365 login information:
